The Wholesome Crunch Co. – Super Foods made Super Fun!

Each one of our products contains between a quarter and a third of the real thing!
We use Fresh British Green Kale, Fresh British Shiitake Mushrooms, Fresh British Beetroot, and Wild Irish Organic Atlantic Seaweed. No flavourings or flavour powders anywhere in sight!

We also add Papad Flour to our mix of Super Foods! That is the same flour used in popadoms, made from the protein and nutrients rich Urad Bean (which is higher in protein than chickpeas!).

We believe that using the real Super Food ingredients in large quantities not only tastes better, but also means that you can enjoy our delicious Wholesome Crunch and have a sizeable portion of Superfoods added for good health!

We do not add any sugars or sweeteners, additives or preservatives, nor do we use Palm oil or MSG.
We believe the shorter the ingredients list the better, and that every ingredient that is on the list should be nutritionally safe and sound and clearly understood by anyone who chooses to eat our Wholesome Crunches.

We also try to lower our environmental impact as much as we can by manufacturing right here in the UK, sourcing as many of our ingredients as locally as possible, and (most importantly in our opinion), we only supply our Wholesome Crunches in Zero Waste reusable packaging.

Closed Loop Zero Waste Packaging

We use a truly Closed Loop Zero Waste system where all our products are supplied in reusable containers that are returned to us for refilling.

Some products sold in zero waste or packaging free environments are supplied in large disposable or recyclable packaging rather than in truly Closed Loop reusable systems.
That is no doubt a step in the right direction from individual disposable or recyclable packaging, but we think closed loop reusable packaging is truly the way forward.
